Warda, 35,
crochets love into every stitch.
I crochet each doll as though it were a warm embrace — a gift of tenderness for whoever receives it. My mother taught me that every stitch is a prayer.
It was her mother who taught her everything. From the age of 7, Warda watched her hands dance with the crochet hook. Every evening, sitting side by side, her mother passed on the stitches, the patience, and the love you pour into what you create.
In 2019, her 3-year-old daughter wanted a soft wool doll. Warda remembered her mother's gestures, picked up her crochet hook, and set to work. Today, each doll takes 3 to 4 hours of careful handwork.
