Terms & Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose and Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Warda's Dolls (hereinafter "the Seller") and any individual making a purchase via the website dollsofwarda.com (hereinafter "the Customer"). Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
Article 2 — Products
All dolls offered are handcrafted artisan items, made entirely by hand. Due to their artisanal nature, slight variations in size, colour, or finish may occur between the photographed products and those delivered. Such variations do not constitute a defect.
Prices are displayed in euros inclusive of all taxes. The Seller reserves the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.
Article 3 — Orders
Orders are confirmed upon payment confirmation. The Customer receives a confirmation email. The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of payment issues or stock unavailability.
Article 4 — Payment
Payment is made online securely via Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods include: credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and any other method available at checkout.
Article 5 — Delivery
The crafting period is 3 to 5 working days, followed by 2 to 4 working days for delivery. Delivery is complimentary on all orders.
In the event of a delivery delay, the Customer may contact customer service. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
Article 6 — Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item.
Article 7 — Warranties
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Article L217-4 of the Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
Article 8 — Liability
The dolls are designed to be safe for children from birth (embroidered eyes, no detachable parts). The Seller disclaims any liability in the event of improper use of the product.

Article 10 — Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution shall be sought as a priority. Failing that, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
